What's covered

The Vortex Promise refund guarantee applies to the following live 1:1 sessions purchased directly from Wild Growth for Women LLC:

• Foundation Reading — $222
• Business Alignment Reading — $555
• VIP Design Intensive — $5,555

How to request a refund

1. Email bridget@wildgrowthforyou.com within 7 calendar days of your session's completion.
2. Use subject line: Vortex Promise Refund Request
3. In the email, share what specifically was missing from the three aligned business moves you were promised.
4. We process approved refunds within 5 business days back to the original payment method.

What's NOT covered

• Chart Pull ($33) — This is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase. Because it cannot be returned once delivered, all Chart Pull purchases are final. If your chart doesn't arrive within 60 minutes of purchase, email us and we will resend it or refund at our discretion.
• Sessions you no-showed without at least 24-hour notice
• Sessions rescheduled more than twice
• Voxer follow-up value once used (if you've already used 10+ Voxer exchanges in the 14-day Alignment follow-up, you've received the value)
• VIP Intensives where 30-day Voxer support has already been utilized for more than 15 days

Payment plans

Refunds on payment-plan purchases are prorated based on the value delivered. If you've completed your session and are requesting a refund, we refund all payments received to date. If you've paid one installment but not yet had your session, we refund that installment and cancel remaining installments.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting Wild Growth for Women LLC directly to request a Vortex Promise refund, you forfeit the refund guarantee. Please email us first — we resolve issues quickly.
