Acceptance of these terms

By using wildgrowthforwomen.com or purchasing any product or service from Wild Growth for Women LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our services.

Who can use this site

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase services or use this site.

Services we offer

• Chart Pull ($33) — digital Human Design chart pull with written interpretation, delivered by email
• Foundation Reading ($222) — 30-minute live 1:1 Human Design business coaching session
• Business Alignment Reading ($555) — 60-minute live 1:1 session plus 14-day Voxer follow-up and action plan PDF
• VIP Design Intensive ($5,555) — 90-minute intensive, 140-page report, and 30-day 1:1 Voxer support
• Custom engagements — Strategic Growth Partner work quoted individually

Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total shown, including any applicable payment plan installments.

Refunds — The Vortex Promise

See our full Refund Policy for details. In short: if you complete a Foundation, Alignment, or VIP Intensive session and do not walk away with three specific business moves that fit your Human Design, we refund the entire session within 7 calendar days of your session. Chart Pull ($33) purchases are final upon delivery.

Scheduling, rescheduling, no-shows

• Session booking links are provided after payment
• You may reschedule twice at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice
• No-shows without notice forfeit the session
• Third and subsequent reschedules may forfeit the session

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the "Resonance by Design™" framework, "Vortex Promise" trademark, written materials, chart interpretations, action plans, and coaching methodologies — is the property of Wild Growth for Women LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any content or materials without written permission.

Materials you receive as part of a paid engagement (chart interpretations, action plans, session recordings) are licensed to you for your personal and business use only. You may not resell, distribute, or teach from them commercially.

Confidentiality

What you share in a 1:1 session stays confidential. We do not disclose the contents of any client session, chart interpretation, or business detail to anyone without your explicit written permission — except where required by law.

Client conduct

We reserve the right to terminate services and refund the unused portion for behavior that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate toward Bridget Brooks or any team member.

Third-party services

This site uses Stripe (payments), HoneyBook (inquiries), Meta Pixel (ads), Microsoft Clarity (analytics), Google Search Console, Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email). See our Privacy Policy for details.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Growth for Women LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, this website, or any service purchased from us is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Arizona, unless prohibited by applicable consumer protection law. You waive the right to participate in a class action.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
